WEDDING PACKAGES. All wedding packages that include bedroom accommodations are quoted inclusive of buffet breakfast and exclusive of applicable national and local taxes, unless stated otherwise in the Event Agreement.   • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements. The district will consult with the President of the Association (s) before revising the calendar as required. Such time will be made up without additional pay. Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Checkoff The Employer shall deduct the bi-weekly membership dues from the earnings of those employees who authorize such deductions in writing. The Union shall submit such authorizations and certify the amounts to be deducted at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the payroll period for which the deductions are to be effective and the deductions shall continue in effect until canceled by the employee through the Union. The aggregate deductions of all employees, together with a detailed record, shall be remitted to the Union office within ten (10) days after such deductions are made.

  • Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. At the completion of the training assignment, the employee’s pay will be set no less than the entry rate of pay for the occupational pay band.
