Common use of Optional Observation Conference Clause in Contracts

Optional Observation Conference. The evaluator and employee may meet for a pre and post conference for one (1) of the two (2) required observations under the long form option. During the pre- conference the evaluator and the employee shall fill out the Planned Observation Form (Appendix D) and mutually agree on the observation tool to be used during the observation. Employees shall have the opportunity to provide additional information to aid the observer/evaluator in completing the report, and make suggestions for the next observation.
