Oral Presentation of Grievance to Immediate Supervisor. An employee having a grievance shall present it, with the xxxxxxx, orally to their immediate supervisor within seven (7) business days from the knowledge of its occurrence. The supervisor shall give the employee a verbal answer within seven (7) business days after the grievance has been submitted to him/her.
