Order Processing and Fulfillment. Licensee will continue to be responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and returns for the XXX.xxx Site, including those functions set forth on Exhibit I attached to this --------- Agreement. The order processing and fulfillment services provided by Licensee with respect to the XXX.xxx Site will comply with [*] Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee will: (i) enter into merchant agreements in its own name and on its own account with [*]; (ii) provide secure systems for submitting and processing such credit cards; (iii) provide timely order and shipping confirmations to Customers; (iv) promptly process all Orders received from Customers of the XXX.xxx Site, (v) process all transactions through the XXX.xxx Site under the name of "XxxXxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx", and (vi) make appropriate arrangements for the delivery of Sporting Goods and Services purchased through the XXX.xxx Site.

Order Processing and Fulfillment. As between XxxXxxx.xxx and the Company, the Company will be responsible for processing User orders, overseeing the preparation of order forms, processing User payments, cancellations and returns, tracking sales through the XxxXxxx.xxx Mall, providing XxxXxxx.xxx with reports summarizing such sales activity, and all other functions and duties necessary and incidental to the Company Service.
Order Processing and Fulfillment. XxxXxxxxXxxxx.xxx shall process orders for Products by reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet THEATLASSTORE requirements. Affiliate shall not accept orders for Products. THEATLASSTORE is solely responsible for Product order processing and fulfillment. Company shall be responsible for all aspects of Purchase Order fulfillment, including the storage and handling associated with the Products. 7.2 Company shall provide order status and any order issues, with all necessary details, via email or other process as designated by EZ Prints. 7.3 Company shall provide all manufacturing, printing, shipping and other fulfillment obligations as provided herein.

Order Processing and Fulfillment. Between the Re-Launch Date and the Transition Date, the Company will be responsible for accurately transmitting to GSI all information related to Orders through the Wireless Products Store which is reasonably requested by GSI, in the time period and format reasonably specified by GSI. GSI will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment for the Company Stores and the Wireless Products Store, including those functions set forth on Schedule “E” attached to this Agreement. Order Processing and Fulfillment. All aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including but not limited to sign-up, registration, purchase, fulfillment, cancellation, refunds and payment processing, access, interaction, general inquiries, and customer service and support will be the Company’s responsibility once a Qualified Sale occurs. The Company reserves the right, however, in its sole and absolute discretion and judgment, to reject any orders that do not comply with any requirements that the Company may establish from time to time, or on a case by case basis, and may cancel Products or Services without advance notice. The Company will track the Qualified Purchases generated by the Affiliate and will report this information to Affiliate through monthly Commission Reports issued before distributing monthly Commissions. The Company will provide Affiliate a dashboard through its designated website to allow Affiliate to track and monitor Qualified Purchases.
