ORDINARY DAYS AND SPAN OF HOURS FOR SHIFT WORK AND PENALTY RATES. At the discretion of the employer the Company can direct employees to work shift work. The ordinary hours and days of shift work can be worked throughout the 7 days of the week Monday to Sunday inclusive unless specified otherwise in this agreement. The employer can vary the hours and days of work by giving the affected employee/s 7 days notice of the change. The hours and days of work for shift work shall be determined by the employer but shall not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a work cycle. The span of shift work can be up to 10 hours per day and by agreement with the affected employees up to 12 hours work per day. An afternoon shift of ordinary shift work finishes after 6.00pm and at or before 12.45am. A night shift of ordinary shift work finishes after 12.45am and at or before 10.00am.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

If the parties have not reached agreement within the thirty (30) day period, the obligation to bargain shall continue.

  • PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE (APPLICABLE FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS Orange County is a public agency subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The Contractor agrees to comply with Florida’s Public Records Law. Specifically, the Contractor shall:
