OTFT Employees. Standard hours of work for OTFT Employees shall be a maximum of one hundred and twelve (112) hours in a three (3) week period consisting of no more than eight (8) hours per day (exclusive of a specified unpaid meal period), unless covered by an extended shift agreement. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or one hundred and twelve (112) hours in a three (3) week period shall be classed as overtime and paid at overtime rates. Employees shall not work a combination of shifts totaling more than fourty-eight (48) hours on consecutive days and shall not work more than a block of six (6) consecutive days without receiving days off. During each three (3) week period, OTFT Employees shall receive a minimum of six (6) days off.
