Other Additional Hours. An Employee may be required to work up to a further 8 additional hours per week over and above the 2 mandatory additional hours that comprises the Employees base hours. This additional 8 hours work and the Employees 40 base hours of work are combined to make up the Employees normal hours which are 48 per week. An Employee’s base single time rate as prescribed in this Agreement has been loaded to include payment for the provision of the 8 additional hours per week. An employee’s base single time rate as prescribed for in this Agreement is calculated on the Employee being paid as if they were in fact working 48 hours per week. Employees shall be entitled to receive this base single time rate where the employee works less than 48 hours per week.

Related to Other Additional Hours

  • Additional Hours (a) where an employer requires and the part time employee agrees to work additional hours, the employee shall be paid for each additional hour or part thereof at the employee’s normal part time hourly rate of pay.

  • Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Normal Hours This article defines what normal working hours will be and is a guarantee that employees will be paid for all of the time that they are required by management to remain on the job.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

  • For Additional Services OWNER shall pay CONSULTANT for Additional Services rendered under Section 2 as follows:

  • Extended Hours Depending upon local service capabilities, available extended hour plans include 5-, 6-, and 7-day, 8-, 16-, and 24-hour options at additional cost. Alaris will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Service outside of Agreement Hours as shown below. Any such service performed will be billed at prevailing Alaris Per Call Overtime rates.

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.
