Bonus/Reward Scheme. The Employer is committed to rewarding and acknowledging Employee’s for their high performance. Criteria that is valued in an Employee job performance shall include, but not be limited to such things as the value the Employee adds to the Employer’s business through dedication to their work, eliminating waste on the job, providing excellent customer service, completing the job within time and within budget, etc. In recognition of this commitment the Employer may provide an individual or a work team with a bonus at their discretion.
