Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Dermira has granted Maruho an exclusive license to develop and commercialize DRM04, a topical anticholinergic product candidate currently being developed by Dermira for the treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm sweating), in Japan.
