OTHER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION. These types of evaluations may be conducted at any time during the employment relationship for meritorious recognition, for possible promotional consideration, or for providing notice to the employee that corrective performance measures are needed immediately to attain a satisfactory performance level in the employee’s current capacity. Six-month, initial probationary period, annual and position probationary period performance evaluations are usually generated by Personnel. Longevity merit performance evaluations or other types of “other” performance evaluations must be requested by a department director.
