Other Promotional Uses. The League and Actors’ Equity acknowledge that consistent and varied promotion and advertising of theatrical productions will promote long term employment for all performers employed in legitimate theater productions and that the Recording of the material and uses contemplated by this provision are intended to achieve this objective. (1) Advance News Footage (previously known as “B-Roll footage)--No Payment Required (Exceptions Noted). The right to use Advance News footage for use on television newscasts, soft news programs and talk shows shall continue without additional compensation provided such footage is created (as set forth in paragraph (2)) and used in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Rule 39(D). The approved venues for other promotional uses of Advance News footage in accordance with Rule 39(D) and without additional compensation are identified below.

Other Promotional Uses. In addition to the provisions for other uses in this Clause, the Engager may use up to five (5) minutes of recorded rehearsal and up to five (5) minutes of performance footage per production during the current Season for the following uses: (a) The Engager's lobbies’ TV screens for lobby loops (including in the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts and any other venues where the Engager performs). (b) Promotion on social media and new media platforms. (c) Marketing e-blasts to current and potential patrons and sponsors. (d) Archival exhibits where the material has been displayed. (e) Educational or promotional videos for exhibition in theatres where the presentation of the live performance takes place. (f) Promotional screens including but not limited to screens in elevators, Toronto’s underground PATH and in public transit stations. (g) Up to thirty (30) seconds for use in a “mobile app”. The conditions of Clause 38:02(B)(iii) above shall apply to these additional uses. Artists will be given no less than forty-eight (48) hours to review and approve the clips. Other Promotional Uses. No fee shall be payable for use of elements from any DW feature-length motion picture or television special in promotional shows or displays (e.g., use of props or sets, showing of clips) which are limited in time to coincide with the initial theatrical or television release of the property, as applicable.
Other Promotional Uses. Producer may, without payment of additional compensation, use a commercial in cycle for: (i) video billboards; (ii) taxi videos; (iii) elevators; (iv) movie trailers; (v) group sales video presentations; (vi) in-flight videos; (vii) in-house hotel videos; (viii) tour bus videos; (ix) lobby loops, kiosks, in-store videos and other such similar uses under (A)(2)(a) above.
Other Promotional Uses. In addition to the provisions for other uses in this Clause, the Engager may use up to a total of ten (10) minutes of footage (rehearsal and/or performance) per production during the current Season for the following uses: (a) The Engager's lobbies’ TV screens for lobby loops (including in the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts and any other venues where the Engager performs); (b) Promotion on social media and new media platforms, including paying for a “signal boost” on Facebook in order to reach a wider audience; (c) Marketing e-blasts to current and potential patrons and sponsors; (d) Archival exhibits where the material has been displayed; (e) Educational or promotional videos for exhibition in theatres where the presentation of the live performance takes place; (f) Promotional screens including but not limited to screens in elevators, Toronto’s underground PATH and in public transit stations; (g) Up to thirty (30) seconds for use in a “mobile app”; and/or (h) Up to eight (8) minutes of rehearsal and/or performance may be streamed live, on the condition that an entire work is not presented and that the affected Artists receive no less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice that the live stream will be taking place. The conditions of Clause 38:02(B)(iii) above shall apply to these additional uses. Artists will be given no less than forty-eight (48) hours to review and approve the clips. It is understood that requirement for approval as outlined herein and in Clause 38:02(B)(iii)(c) does not apply to material streamed live in accordance with 38:02(B)(iv)(h) above. Should the Engager contemplate the use of material recorded prior to the 2010-2013 NBCA, the Engager shall consult with Equity to determine if any arrangements are required.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Marketing Rights Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries have granted rights to license, market, or sell its products or services to any other Person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company’s (or any Subsidiary’s) exclusive right to develop, distribute, market or sell its products or services.

  • Promotional Material In the event that the Fund or the Investment Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Investment Adviser will install and maintain or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Sales Promotion Promote and use its reasonable endeavours to increase sales of the Supplier/ Principal ATOL holder's Travel Arrangements to existing and potential clients;

(b) During the term of this Agreement, the Manager agrees to furnish the Sub-Adviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, or Marketing Materials prepared for distribution to shareholders of each Series, or the public that refer to the Sub-Adviser in any way, prior to the use thereof, and the Manager shall not use any such materials if the Sub-Adviser reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. The Sub-Adviser’s right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients. The Manager agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that materials prepared by its employees or agents or its affiliates that refer to the Sub-Adviser or its clients in any way are consistent with those materials previously approved by the Sub-Adviser as referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Sub-Adviser by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities. Any material which is added must be clearly marked as Open Ecosystem Partner's material. 2. All marketing and promotional materials developed by or for Open Ecosystem Partner, including, but not limited to, print advertisement, broadcast or telecast commercials, product brochures, sales aids, manuals, displays, and publicity concerning the Software distributed hereunder and related services must be of first quality.

Each Contracting Party shall promote investments in its territory by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its legislation. 2. In particular, each Contracting Party shall permit the conclusion and the carrying out of licensing agreements and contracts for commercial, administrative or technical assistance, in so far as these activities were related to investments.
