OTHER REGULATIONS AND GUIDANCE. 5.1 Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited within SMO buildings. 5.2 Behaviour Behaviour should be compatible with the good order of the accommodation and should be such as not to disturb, inconvenience, or compromise the safety or general wellbeing of other occupants or staff. Misuse or possession of illicit drugs or other controlled substances is prohibited. Extreme noise or disturbance to others, or threatening, intimidating, bullying or harassing behaviour is prohibited. Behaviour likely to be prejudicial to the good name of SMO is prohibited, 5.3 The College through its employees or agents, reserves a general right of access to and control of the premises in respect of (inter alia) cleaning, maintenance and repairs deemed necessary by the college. 5.4 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the premises shall be inspected by authorised agents or representatives of the College at regular intervals during the continuance of this Licence. Where necessary the said agents or representatives shall enter upon the premises and execute such internal and external repairs or other work that they consider necessary either to the premises or any adjoining flat or building. Whenever possible, reasonable notice shall be given to the Resident of such an inspection which should take place at a reasonable hour. 5.5 The College shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any property on the premises whether belonging to the students or under their care or control unless caused by negligence of the College or its duty authorised officers or agents. 5.6 The Resident agrees not to use the premises except to provide living accommodation for himself/herself during his/her attendance at the College and not to carry on any profession, trade or business on the premises. 5.7 The Resident agrees not to share, transfer, substitute or otherwise part with the possession / occupation of the premises or any part thereof except in respect of persons duly authorised by the College to obtain permission from the Hospitality Manager or her/his authorised representative for any overnight guest by giving a minimum of 24 hours prior notice. Unauthorised overnight guests constitute a breach of contract. 5.8 The Resident agrees to keep the premises in a clean and proper condition at all times and deposit all refuse in the external containers provided by the College. The Partner shall be responsible for obtaining export licenses, if required, before utilizing foreign persons in the performance of work under this Agreement or any Annex under this Agreement, including instances where the work is to be performed on-site at NASA and where the foreign person will have access to export-controlled technical data or software. 3. The Partner will be responsible for all regulatory record-keeping requirements associated with the use of licenses and license exemptions or exceptions. 4. The Partner will be responsible for ensuring that the provisions of this Article apply to its Related Entities. C. With respect to suspension and debarment requirements: 1. The Partner hereby certifies, to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it has complied, and shall comply, with 2 C.F.R. Part 180, Subpart C, as supplemented by 2 C.F.R. Part 1880, Subpart C. 2. The Partner shall include language and requirements equivalent to those set forth in subparagraph C.1., above, in any lower-tier covered transaction entered into under this Agreement.
