Common use of Other Required Training Clause in Contracts

Other Required Training. Other Battelle sponsored training identified as required for performance of the contract work will be provided to the Contractor at no cost for the trainer and/or course fees. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of the employee’s time to attend. Contractor shall allow Battelle two (2) weeks to schedule the training after proper notification.
