Other services and support. Upon request, and provided that Customer is current with service fees due under this Agreement, Inktomi may provide additional services and support beyond the services and support set forth herein. Any such service or support shall be provided at Inktomi's then applicable consulting rates and charges.
Other services and support. (a) The Employer will genuinely consider and respond to any reasonable request from Employees for changes to their span or pattern of working hours or changes to duties to assist Employees experiencing family and domestic violence. The Employer will also genuinely consider and respond to any reasonable request for changes to an Employees work telephone number or email address as a way of minimising contact associated with family and domestic violence.
Other services and support. (A) Section 3.7. is hereby amended by replacing the last sentence of the first paragraph thereof with the following: "From and after January 1, 2001, IGEN's funding of such services shall be treated as Class C capital contributions to MSD to the extent provided in Exhibit I hereto."
Other services and support. The Company shall furnish Executive with a private office of a size and with the furnishings and other appointments, an exclusive personal administrative assistant selected by Executive at his sole discretion, and such other facilities, services and staff, in each case at a level that is consistent with his position, duties and responsibilities.
