Services Provided by Others. The Customer understands and agrees that the Bank may, in its sole discretion, either provide itself or engage one or more third parties (“Vendors”) to provide some or all of the Services. Each Vendor shall have, as applicable with respect to the Service provided by such Vendor, all of the rights, protections, limitations of liability, and indemnification rights provided to the Bank under the Agreement, as if such Vendor is substituted for the Bank under the Agreement and all applicable references in the Agreement to “the Bank” shall be deemed references to “the Bank and/or the Vendor, as applicable,” whether or not the term “Vendor” is expressly stated.

This work authorization assumes the following activities will be provided by others or have already occurred: • Environmental documents • Preliminary design services to produce schematic design • PS&E • ROW acquisition • ROW mapping revisions/updates necessitated by design • Utility design • Any and all hazardous material mitigation • Construction
Services Provided by Others. 1. Systems Integration
1. Systems integration of the SWITCHGEAR will be provided by others, to include i. CP-SWGR Switchgear Control Panel PLC programming ii. CP-SWGR Operator Interface Terminal programming iii. Ethernet and Modbus communications network setup iv. Intelligent MCC commissioning
Services Provided by Others. 7.1 The Media Partner, Zee TV will be responsible for providing the following services: • The stage entertainment programme, including artist contracting and pre - event liaison • Pre-event marketing • Other community engagement as deemed required/ appropriate • Post-event televised coverage.
7.2 It is a requirement for the appointed Event Production Company to work closely with GLA and its Media Partner to ensure a co -ordinated response to staging the event and to facilitating any reasonable requirements with regard to the filming of the event.
Services Provided by Others. Existing information, including but not limited to, as-built drawings, previous condition surveys, and previous records where appropriate and available. • Architectural drawings including dimensions, elevations and details of proposed improvements, alterations, or new construction. • Preparation of all design or construction cost estimates. • The services of consultants for the evaluation and design of building steam, gas, electrical, communication, lighting, and other building utilities, as appropriate. • Hazardous material assessments and remediation to be performed by others. • Building demolition to be performed by others. • Coordination and layout of all utilities within the work area. • Copies of plan depicting existing topography, site layout and grading.

Services Provided by Others. The owner may contract directly for, or arrange to provide: • Commissioning Agent • Site survey, geo-technical, environmental and material testing programs • Hazardous materials abatement survey and materials abatement • Construction testing. • Envelope Commissioning (by owner). Review design and observe construction of roofing, waterproofing, doors/window, wall systems. (Required for State Agency Projects).
Services Provided by Others. This Agreement shall not restrict in any way the University's right to operate or contract with others to operate services similar to those specified in this document in areas other than those specified in this agreement.
