Visits During all visits by either party to the facilities of the other party, visitors shall comply with all reasonable rules of the host company, and each party to this Agreement will indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any liability, claim or loss whatsoever (i) for any injury to, or, death of, any of its employees or agents while such persons are present at the facility of the other party; and (ii) for any damages to its own property or to the property of any such employee or agent which may occur during the presence of any such person at the facility of the other party, regardless of how such damage occurs.
Site Visits The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.
Other Activities Your services pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be exclusive, and you may render similar services and act as an underwriter, distributor or dealer for other investment companies in the offering of their shares.
Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. The actions we make take include, but are not limited to, the following: • Terminate this user agreement, limit your account, and/or close or suspend your account, immediately and without penalty to us; • Refuse to provide the PayPal services to you in the future; • At any time and without liability, suspend, limit or terminate your access to our websites, software, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any of the PayPal services) operated by us or on our behalf, your PayPal account or any of the PayPal services, including limiting your ability to pay or send money with any of the payment methods linked to your PayPal account, restricting your ability to send money or make withdrawals; • Hold your money to the extent and for so long as reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability. You acknowledge that, as a non-exhaustive guide: • PayPal’s risk of liability in respect of card-funded payments that you receive can last until the risk of a chargeback closing in favour of the payer/buyer (as determined by card scheme rules) has passed. COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.
