OUR OTHER SERVICES. 11.1. As a part of our Service offering hereunder we may provide you with the following additional Services: • Trading alerts, whereby we may notify you of upcoming markets, political, macro and microeconomic events (such as central banks’ actions, etc) which may have impact on the prices, significant price movements on certain assets. We shall also give you such other alerts • Education services, whereby we may provide you with materials explaining to you, without limitation: characteristics of our CFD products and how they work; basic principles of economic and technical analysis; explanations on general trading strategies other educational materials which we may find useful to your trading activity/ experience; • Regulatory updates – we shall keep you up to date on regulatory developments which, in our view, may have an impact on the markets and your trading; • Platform updates – we regularly update and upgrade our electronic trading platforms and shall make sure that such updates and the new features introduced on our Platform are explained to you. 11.2. We shall, and you authorize us to, deliver to you the Services specified in Clause 11.1 above by means of electronic mail, SMS and push notifications as well as via our Platforms. Without limitation, the materials which we shall deliver to you in the course of providing such Services may include PDF files, e-mail text and other visual and textual materials. 11.3. We note that certain services prescribed in Clause 11.1, such as educational services may be offered and varied from time to time accessible via our Website, trading platform(s) and/or our educational providers are available to Clients with funded accounts (meaning that passed the Company’s KYC process and have activated their account by making a deposit and entering into a trade). 11.4. It is understood and agreed that the Services specified in this Clause 11 are provided on non- reliance basis only. You undertake and warrant that you shall not rely on the materials provided to you under this Clause 11 when taking your investment and trading decisions or when determining your trading strategy. We give no representation whatsoever as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability for you of the information provided by us in connection with the Services specified in Clause 11.1 above.

(b) discuss with us any specific information you want about a property. This may include: (i) information the seller does not have to disclose , or (ii) issues that may prevent you from buying a property. (c) give us enough personal and financial information so we can assess your ability to buy property that matches your search criteria. (d) tell us about inquiries you make or receive about purchases that affect this agreement. 5.2 During this agreement and days after this agreement ends, you must give us copies of any offers we don’t know about that you make or receive for properties that match the search criteria.

OUR OTHER SERVICES. We manage investments for other clients and may give them advice or take actions for them, for our own accounts, or for accounts of persons related to us, that is different from the advice we give you or actions we take for you. We are not obligated to buy, sell or recommend for you any security or other investment that we may buy, sell, or recommend for any other clients or for our own accounts. If we obtain material, non-public information about a security or its issuer that we may not lawfully use or disclose, we will have no obligation to disclose the information to you or use it for your benefit.

Related to OUR OTHER SERVICES

  • No Other Services The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”). If Developer wishes to supply Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Developer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Administrative and Other Services (a) Subadviser will, at its expense, furnish (i) all necessary investment and management facilities, including salaries of personnel required for it to execute its duties faithfully, and (ii) administrative facilities, including bookkeeping, clerical personnel and equipment necessary for the efficient conduct of the investment affairs of the Fund (excluding determination of net asset values and shareholder accounting services). (b) Subadviser will maintain all accounts, books and records with respect to the Fund as are required of an investment adviser of a registered investment company pursuant to the Investment Company Act and the rules thereunder. Subadviser agrees that such records are the property of the Trust, and will be surrendered to the Trust promptly upon request. The Manager shall be granted reasonable access to the records and documents in Subadviser’s possession relating to the Funds. (c) Subadviser shall provide such information as is necessary to enable Manager to prepare and update the Trust’s registration statement (and any supplement thereto) and the Fund’s financial statements. Subadviser understands that the Trust and Manager will rely on such information in the preparation of the Trust’s registration statement and the Fund’s financial statements, and hereby covenants that any such information approved by Subadviser expressly for use in such registration and/or financial statements shall be true and complete in all material respects. (d) Subadviser will vote the Fund’s investment securities in the manner in which Subadviser believes to be in the best interests of the Fund, and shall review its proxy voting activities on a periodic basis with the Trustees.

  • Services for Others Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Countrywide or any affiliated person (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of Countrywide from providing services for any other person, firm or corporation (including other investment companies); provided, however, that Countrywide expressly represents that it will undertake no activities which, in its judgment, will adversely affect the performance of its obligations to the Trust under this Agreement.

  • Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises. 4.4.2 The Tenant shall pay to the suppliers, and indemnify the Landlord against, all charges for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services consumed or used at or in relation to the Premises and the Tenant shall comply with the requirements and regulations of the respective suppliers. Tenant to initial 4.4.3 For the purposes of this Clause 4.4, the term “utilities” shall include water, electricity, telecommunications network, gas and any water-borne sewerage systems.

  • Services to Other Clients Nothing herein contained shall limit the freedom of the Adviser or any affiliated person of the Adviser to render investment management and administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment adviser or investment counselor to other persons, firms or corporations, or to engage in other business activities.

Institution makes no representations about any other web site that you may access to, from or through this site. Unless expressly stated in writing, Institution does not endorse the products or services offered by any company or person linked to this site nor is Institution responsible for any software or the content of any information published on the site of any third party.   • Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund. Each Fund agrees to pay Service Fees at an annual rate as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement of up to 0.25% of the average net assets held in Fund accounts for which an Unregistered Intermediary has agreed to provide Services. Any such accounts shall not be treated as FSSC Accounts for purposes of this Agreement.
