OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE. Due to applicable law, you may not bring alcoholic beverages into the Hotel for your Event. You must obtain our prior approval before you bring any food or non-alcoholic beverages from outside sources into our Hotel. Service fees will apply to any outside food or beverage served in our function space, regardless whether Hotel labor is required.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE. 8.1. You may not bring any outside food or drink into our Hotel for use during your functions/meetings, unless agreed by us in writing and in advance of the Event.

A 5.00 per guest cutting and service charge is added to the final check.

Except as permitted pursuant to, and in compliance with, (1) the Food and Beverage Sample Service Policy, which can be reviewed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx Refer to the Meeting Planner Tool Kit, or (2) the Donated Food and Beverage terms set forth in Section E below, no food or beverages of any kind, may be brought into, consumed at, or removed from the Facility by either Client or Client’s guests without the prior written approval of Team San Xxxx.
