Common use of Outside Representatives of the Union Clause in Contracts

Outside Representatives of the Union. Outside representatives of the Union may discuss any Union matter with an employee on the premises during working hours, provided they do not take up more than fifteen (15) minutes of an employee's paid time and provided always that the outside Union representative reports their presence to the senior management representative available before entering the working area.
