OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS. I understand that some Activities may be conducted by independent/third party suppliers and that the Releasees have no specialized expertise in the particular activity in which I have elected to participate. I acknowledge that my participation is entirely optional and voluntary and that I have elected to participate notwithstanding the potential risks involved, known and unknown. I also understand and agree that I am solely responsible for evaluating the operations of the independent/third party suppliers, the risks involved in the activity and my fitness to participate. I acknowledge that the degree of risk can be affected by circumstances foreseen and unforeseen, such as weather conditions, which may be changing over the course of the activity, as well as the condition of equipment, and my own physical condition and capabilities, and that participation in this activity can, even if operated and maintained in a professional manner, result in serious injury or death. I agree to assume all risks associated with the activity and any and all damages or expenses arising out of or relating to any injury I may sustain in connection with my participation in the activity. I understand that the Releasees have not undertaken to protect me, or any other persons, from any physical harm that may result from my participation in the activity, or the participation of any of my relatives, companions, friends, or other third parties in the activity, and I expressly agree and affirm that I have not relied directly or indirectly upon the Releasees in determining whether to participate in the activity.

OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS. The Company agrees to allow no more than ten (10) named third party vendors to stock in its stores. The ten (10) named vendors will be reviewed with the Union as needed and during the JLM meeting. Any additional vendors in excess of those named will be used in a one to one ratio with a bargaining unit employee. It is understood that from time to time, suppliers will provide vendor assisted plan-o-gram resets in the stores. There shall be no reduction in the bargaining unit hours in the department as a result of these resets.

  • SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any proposed Subcontractor or supplier for bona fide business reasons, including, but not limited to: the company failed to solicit New York State certified minority- and women-owned business enterprises as required in prior OGS Contracts; the fact that such Subcontractor or supplier is on the New York State Department of Labor’s list of companies with which New York State cannot do business; the Commissioner’s determination that the company is not qualified or is not responsible; or the fact that the company has previously provided unsatisfactory work or services.

  • Third Party Suppliers If Licensee wishes to obtain the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product from a Third Party source, Licensee shall notify Pfizer through MPP of the intended source prior to making any commitments to purchase the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product. Pfizer will determine at its sole discretion whether and on what terms to grant a license to the intended source to produce the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product or inform Licensee whether such license already exists.

  • Suppliers While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year thereafter, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person or firm supplying goods, services or credit to the Company or any of its affiliates to diminish or cease furnishing such goods, services or credit.

Position specific competencies: ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Education and Qualifications (or equivalent level of learning) • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. • Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate. • Competent Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) profile/portfolio or equivalent. Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into.
