Overhead Cables. No overhead utility lines or cables, including, without limitation, lines for electric, telephone and cable television shall be permitted (except for temporary lines as required during construction) and all such lines or cables shall be connected by means of underground conduits to the Buildings.

Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.
