Overnight Accommodation Allowance. An Employee required to travel outside her town or city of residence, and stay overnight, will be reimbursed for reasonable hotel expenses, upon presentation of receipts. Such Employee shall be entitled to single occupancy. An amount of $25.00 per night will be paid to an Employee who elects to stay in a private residence.
Overnight Accommodation Allowance. For activities outside the company location, whether in the Netherlands or abroad, from which the employee does not return to the company location the same night, the employer is responsible for arranging good overnight accommodation.
Article 1 Range of application
Overnight Accommodation Allowance. Employee required to stay overnight on a transfer shall be reimbursed for hotel expenses upon presentation of hotel receipts. The employee shall stay in a hotel approved by the employer.
Overnight Accommodation Allowance. The Overnight Accommodation Allowance applies when employees are required, for official work purposes, to lodge temporarily with friends or family. 456.2 The Overnight Accommodation Allowance will be $61.00 per night from the date of commencement of this agreement.
Overnight Accommodation Allowance. Where an employee is required to stay overnight for work purposed, the employee can elect to stay with family or friends and would be entitled to a $50 per night to give to the host as a contribution towards meal and accommodation costs. Claims should be made as per the Travel Policy.
