Overpayment of Wages (a) Where the employee has been overpaid all or part of their pay on any occasion they, or the employer, should raise the error immediately.
Overpayment Provider shall be liable to the GLO for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and/or compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Contract. Provider shall reimburse such disallowed costs from funds other than those that Provider received under this Contract. Provider must refund disallowed costs and overpayments of funds received under this Contract to the GLO within 30 days after the GLO issues notice of overpayment to Provider.
Overpayments Contractor promptly shall refund to Purchaser the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment. Such refunds shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice to Contractor; Provided, however, that Purchaser shall have the right to elect to have either direct payments or written credit memos issued. If Contractor fails to make timely refunds of overpayment(s) (either directly or by credit memo), Contractor shall pay Purchaser interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on the amount overdue thirty (30) calendar days after notice to Contractor.
DISASTER OR EMERGENCY REPORTS Any disaster or emergency situation, natural or man-made, such as fire or severe weather, shall be reported telephonically within 72 hours, followed by a comprehensive written report within seven days to DHA.
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.
Salary Overpayment Recovery A. When the Employer has determined that an employee has been overpaid wages, the Employer will provide written notice, via certified mail, to the employee that will include the following items:

If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will tell you the results of our investigation within ten (10)* business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five (45)** days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within ten (10)* business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your account. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days of completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you give notice of an error within thirty (30) days after you make the first deposit to your account, we will have twenty (20) business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within thirty (30) days after you make the first deposit to your account, notice of an error involving a point of sale transaction, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the U.S. its possessions and territories, we will have ninety (90) days instead of forty-five (45) days to investigate.
Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:
Compensation Complaints All complaints involving or concerning the payment of compensation shall be initially filed in writing with the Human Resources Director. Only complaints which allege that employees are not being compensated in accordance with the provisions of this MOU shall be considered as grievances. Any other matters of compensation are to be resolved in the meeting and conferring process, if not detailed in the MOU which results from such meeting and conferring process shall be deemed withdrawn until the meeting and conferring process is next opened for such discussion. No adjustment shall be retroactive for more than two (2) years from the date upon which the complaint was filed.
Overpayment Policies and Procedures Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Xxxxx shall develop and implement written policies and procedures regarding the identification, quantification and repayment of Overpayments received from any Federal health care program.
