Overseas Hospital Cash. In the event the Insured Person being confined to a Hospital or a registered in-patient for treatment of a Bodily Injury or Sickness sustained during the Covered Trip, the Company will, subject to the Terms of this Policy, pay a daily hospitalization allowance of HK$500 up to the Amount of Benefit stated in the Schedule for the Period of Insurance. The Company will pay the allowance only if the period of hospitalization is longer than twenty-four (24) hours and which the Hospital makes a charge for room & board for the treatment of Bodily Injury or Sickness to the Insured Person.

Overseas Hospital Cash. In the event the Insured being confined to a Hospital or a registered in-patient for treatment of a Bodily Injury or Sickness sustained during the Covered Trip, the Company will, subject to the terms of this Policy, pay a daily hospitalization allowance of MOP500 for Prestige Plan and MOP200 for Express Plan, up to the maximum benefit amount of MOP6,000 for Prestige Plan and MOP4,000 for Express Plan. The Company will pay the allowance only if the period of hospitalization is longer than twenty-four (24) hours and which the Hospital makes a charge for room & board for the treatment of Bodily Injury or Sickness to the Insured.
Overseas Hospital Cash. The Company will pay the Insured Person HK$500 per one (1) day of overseas Hospital Confinement up to the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefit in the event that the Insured Person is Confined in an overseas Hospital due to an Injury or Sickness sustained during the insured Journey . This benefit includes actual expenses incurred for international direct dialing (“IDD”) calls either by mobile/cell phone or land line telephones up to a maximum of HK$500 whilst the Insured Person is Confined in the overseas Hospital during the insured Journey. In no event shall the total amount payable under this Section 1d (Overseas Hospital Cash) exceed the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefits.
Overseas Hospital Cash. In the event the Insured Person being confined to a Hospital as a registered in-patient for treatment of Accidental Injury or sudden Illness sustained during the Covered Trip, We will pay a daily hospitalization allowance of HK$500 up to the Limit of Indemnity stated in the Schedule. We will pay the allowance only if the period of hospitalization is longer than 24 hours and the Hospital charges for room & board for the treatment of Accidental Injury or sudden Illness of the Insured Person.
Overseas Hospital Cash. The Insurer will pay twice the Benefit Amount specified in section 1 in the Policy Schedule if during any Period of Insurance, the Insured Person sustains Bodily Injury or Illness, which results in admission to an overseas hospital on the recommendation of a Medical Practitioner. The benefit payable for an an overseas hospital is subject to a maximum of sixty (60) days as a result of any one accident or Illness to an Insured Person in the same insurance year of the Policy. For days of hospitalization beyond sixty (60) days, The Insurer will not pay the benefit .
Overseas Hospital Cash. The Company will pay the Insured Person HK$800 per one (1) day of overseas Hospital Confinement up to the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefit in the event that the Insured Person is Confined in an overseas Hospital due to an Injury or Sickness sustained during the insured Journey .

  • Special Situations The parties recognize that under certain circumstances a Change in Control may occur under conditions which make it inappropriate for Employee to receive the termination benefits or protection set forth in this Agreement. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Dental Care a. Dental Care for Members over age 19 is limited to the following:

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Pursuant to Education Code section 71028 and Public Contract Code section 10115, the District may have a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs) of at least three (3) percent per year of funds expended each year by the District on projects that use funds from the California Community College Chancellor’s Office. This Project may use funds allocated under the Act. Therefore, to the extent feasible and pertaining to future hirings, the Consultant, before it executes the Agreement, shall provide to the District certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount(s) intended to be paid to DVBEs in conjunction with the contract, and documentation demonstrating the Consultant’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.
