Overseas Travel. Where a xxxxxx travels overseas on Company business, the Company shall pay — (a) all hotel (including meals) and transportation charges and other reasonable expenses incurred by the xxxxxx; and (b) in the case of travel by air, charges for luggage up to 30 kg.
