Oversight and Inspection. The Village and KLWTD will provide oversight and may include design, construction, permitting and inspection of the identified capital improvements and facilities as required by engineering standards and criteria established by the Village, the KLWTD, the Minimum Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Wastewater, and all other applicable regulations governing the construction of the improvements. Any oversight and inspection by the Village and KLWTD shall not relieve the Owner of Developer and its design and other engineers of the responsibility for ensuring that all construction is consistent with and in accordance with the engineering standards and criteria established by the Village, the Minimum Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Wastewater, and all other applicable regulations governing the construction of the improvements.

  • Audit and Inspection 9.1 The Recipient, without charge, will permit any officer or officers of the Commissioner, external auditing bodies (i.e. National Audit Office or Audit Commission) or their nominees, to visit its premises and/or inspect any of its activities and/or to examine and take copies of the Recipient’s books of account and such other documents or records as in such officers' view may relate to the use of Grant. In addition, examinations may be carried out into the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the Grant has been used. The Commissioner shall endeavour, but is not obliged, to provide due notice of his/her intent to conduct an audit.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement.
