Common use of Overtime Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Accumulation. An Employee may elect to accumulate overtime earned in Section 13.04 up to a maximum of 42 hours accumulation at any one time, to be taken as time off with the approval of the Chief Constable. Any such accumulated time not taken off by December 31 shall be paid in cash.
