Overtime and Layoff. 1) Classification seniority for non custody classifications shall be based on time the employee is in an AOCE represented classification. All corrections professionals employees shall be grandfathered in with their current classification seniority the first of the month following the signing of this agreement. Thereafter, only time in an AOCE represented classification shall be added to classification seniority. 2) For non custody staff in the physical plant, classification seniority is defined as the time the employee has most recently spent in physical plant represented positions.
