Overtime Category 14. Employees in classes assigned to pay grades above 21 who are covered by the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and who have not previously been in a “time and one-half” overtime category, shall receive overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) in any workweek.
