Overtime Compensation on a Workday. Subject to paragraph 28.02(a): An employee who is required to work overtime on their scheduled workday is entitled to compensation at time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first seven decimal five (7.5) consecutive hours of overtime worked and double (2) time for all overtime hours worked in excess of seven decimal five (7.5) consecutive hours of overtime in any contiguous period.
