Overtime-Eligibility Compensation. Employees who are overtime-eligible will receive compensation under the following circumstances: A. Full-time employees in the Teamsters Local 117 (Bindery & Litho) bargaining units, who work in excess of the employee’s regular shift or work in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek. In accordance with Article 32, Management Rights, only the Employer has the authority to determine when overtime will be performed. B. An employee whose workweek is less than forty (40) hours will be paid at their regular rate of pay for all work performed up to forty (40) hours in a workweek and paid at the overtime rate for authorized work of more than forty (40) hours in a workweek.
