Overtime-Eligibility Compensation. Employees who are overtime-eligible will receive compensation under the following circumstances: A. Employees who work more than forty (40) hours in a workweek will be compensated at the overtime rate. In accordance with Article 36, Management Rights, only the Employer has the authority to determine when overtime will be performed. This includes WSNA RN3 employees. B. Full-time employees in the MM&P and WSNA (RN2) bargaining units, who work in excess of the employee’s regular shift or work in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek. C. An employee whose workweek is less than forty (40) hours will be paid at their regular rate of pay for all work performed up to forty (40) hours in a workweek and paid at the overtime rate for authorized work of more than forty (40) hours in a workweek.
