Common use of Overtime-Eligible Employees Hours of Work and Overtime Clause in Contracts

Overtime-Eligible Employees Hours of Work and Overtime. The Employer will assign the hours of work for overtime-eligible represented individuals. All hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day workweek constitutes overtime. Overtime hours will be compensated at a rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the overtime-eligible represented individual’s regular rate of pay.
