Overtime for Non-Working Days. An employee who is called in or called back to work in excess of their regular work assignment on a non-working day shall be guaranteed at least two (2) hours of pay and shall be compensated at one-and-one-half (1 ½) times their regular base rate of pay for hours in excess of eight (8) hours in a workday or forty (40) hours in a workweek. An employee scheduled for an overtime assignment on a non-working day shall be scheduled for at least four (4) hours.
