Overtime Meal Periods. An In the event that an employee who shall because of overtime or emergency work, or a combination of both, be required is requested to work four or more consecutive in excess of eight (8) hours in any given day, after a normal work day the first two hours in excess thereof, the employee shall be entitled to a “lunchone-dinner” break half hour paid meal period; thereafter, the employee shall be entitled to additional one-half hour paid meal periods at the completion of thirty minutes, with pay, and after each consecutive additional four (4) hours of work a "lunch-dinner" break work. The Borough shall not be allowedrequired to supply or pay for any good or beverage consumed by the employee during these meal periods.
