Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. (a) An employee who is required to work on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid for that day: (1) one and one-half times the employee's straight-time rate for the time worked up to 11 hours; and (2) two times the employee's straight-time rate for any time worked over 11 hours. (b) In addition, the employee may choose one of the following: (1) a working day off with pay, scheduled by mutual agreement; or (2) payment at the straight-time rate in lieu of the day off except where not taking the day off would qualify as a regularly scheduled shift for overtime rates.
