Work in Higher Rated Position. Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic pay. If an employee has accumulated vacation time in a higher paid position prior to his/her vacation, the employee's vacation pay shall be based on the proportionate amount of time worked in each position.

Work in Higher Rated Position. ‌ If an employee works in a higher paid position for a portion of the year, the employee’s vacation pay shall accrue based on the rate of pay for all hours worked in each position.

  • RELIEVING IN HIGHER AND LOWER-RATED POSITIONS 23.01 In the event of an employee relieving in a higher-rated job, the employee shall receive the hourly rate of the position they are relieving for any and all hours relieving.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment.
