Overtime Payments. Employees required to work overtime shall be paid at the Time and One-Half Overtime Rate for work performed under the following conditions: (1) For hours worked outside an employee’s Scheduled Daily Tour provided Scheduled Daily Tour is eight (8) hours or more. (2) Time worked in excess of forty (40) regularly scheduled hours in a calendar week. (3) On a Non-Scheduled Day other than a holiday.
