Overtime Payments. Hours Worked Rate 7- ½ hour Standard Work Day 7 ½ - 11 ½ 1 ½ X Basic 11 ½ - 15 ½ 2 X Basic Over 15 ½ 2 ½ X Basic Minimum overtime shall be computed on fifteen (15) minute segments.
