Overtime Seniority. Where overtime shifts are required they shall be offered in order of seniority to nurses who have made themselves available, in the following order: 1. Full-time nurses from that unit; 2. Regular part-time nurses from that unit; 3. Casual part-time nurses from that unit. If requested by the nurse, the Employer shall allow the practice of time off in lieu of overtime payment. Unless mutually agreed to do otherwise, such hours will be taken within ninety (90) days of occurrence or during booked unit closures.
