Owner Furnishing the Site. Owner shall notify Contractor of any encumbrances or restrictions not of general application but specifically related to use of the Site with which Contractor must comply in performing the Work. Owner will obtain in a timely manner and pay for easements for permanent structures or permanent changes in existing facilities. If Contractor and Owner are unable to agree on entitlement to or on the amount or extent, if any, of any adjustment in the Contract Price or Contract Times, or both, as a result of any delay in Owner's furnishing the Site, Contractor may make a Claim therefore.

Owner Furnishing the Site. Owner shall notify Demolition Contractor of any encumbrances or restrictions not of general application but specifically related to use of the Site with which Demolition Contractor must comply in performing the Demolition Work. Owner will obtain in a timely manner and pay for easements for permanent structures or permanent changes in existing facilities. If Demolition Contractor and Owner are unable to agree on entitlement to or on the amount or extent, if any, of any adjustment in the Contract Price or Contract Times, or both, as a result of any delay in Owner's furnishing the Site, Demolition Contractor may make a Claim therefore.

  • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.

  • Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.

  • Conditions Affecting the Work The Contractor shall be responsible for having taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Work, and the general and local conditions, which can affect the Work or the cost thereof for any Job Order. Any failure by the Contractor to do so will not relieve him from responsibility for successfully performing the Work without additional expense to the County. The County assumes no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of this Contract, unless such understanding or representations by the County are expressly stated in the Contract.

  • Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.
