Owner’s Entitlement. The Owner may, without notice to the Hirer, do anything which the Hirer is required to do in accordance with this clause 7 and the Hirer must immediately, upon demand, reimburse the Owner for any costs and expenses incurred or paid by the Owner in accordance with this clause 7.5.
