Owners to Provide. Owners undertake to provide and to pay for all provisions, wages (including but not limited to all overtime payments), and shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers And crew; also, except as provided in Clauses 4 and 34 hereof, for all insurance on the vessel, for all Deck, cabin and engine-room stores, and for water (limited to crew only); for all drydocking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the vessel. Owners’ obligations under this Clause 6 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owners are to provide and pay for and Owners shall refund to Charterers any sums Charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a Period when the vessel is on-hire.

Owners’ obligations under this Clause 8 extend to all liabilities for taxes, customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this Charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owners are to provide and pay for and Owners shall refund to Charterers any sums Charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the Vessel is on-hire.

Owners to Provide. Owners undertake to provide and to pay for all provisions, lube oils, wages, (including but not limited to all overtime payments), shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers and crew; also, except as provided in clauses 4 and 34 hereof, for insurance on the vessel (except all additional premium), for all deck, cabin and engine- room stores, and water, except water for the tank cleaning and boilers which is supplies and paid for by charterers; for all dry-docking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the vessel; and for all fumigation expenses and de-rat certificates. Owners' obligations under this clause 6 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which owners are to provide and pay for and owners shall refund to charterers any sums charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the vessel is on-hire.
Owners to Provide. Owners undertake throughout the Cruises to provide (except to the extent otherwise specifically provided):
(a) (i) for the management, maintenance, furnishings, facilities, services and navigation of the Vessel, all to a standard equal to that generally prevailing on the Vessel as heretofore operated by Norwegian Cruise Line, except that the Owners shall replace carpeting in the Vessel prior to delivery to Space Charterers where appropriate and shall maintain the paint and carpet aboard the Vessel throughout the term of the Space Charter in order to maintain the Vessel in a first class status and except in respect of the standard of meals and dining room and kitchen staff as to which the standard specified in (iv) below shall prevail;
Owners to Provide. 3.1 In consideration of the payment by Company of the Charter Fees in accordance with Clause 9 of this Agreement, Owners shall provide (except as otherwise specified) the following services, spares, replacement parts (excluding same for seismic equipment but including the seismic compressor sets) and other items referred to herein entirely at the cost of Owners without any right of reimbursement from Company. For the avoidance of doubt Owners shall not be responsible for the provision of filters, oil or other consumeables for the seismic compressor sets.
3.2 The Owners shall provide and pay for all wages for Officers and Crew, travel expenses of the People's Republic of China personnel including Officers and Crew, insurance of the Vessel (including hull and machinery and protection and indemnity insurance) and for all deck and engine room store, and the expenses of maintaining the hull and machinery (excluding seismic equipment, but including the seismic compressor sets) in a thoroughly efficient state during the duration of this agreement including (but not limited to) the expenses of providing replacement parts, equipment or spares, dry docking and other external services provided in relation to the maintenance of the hull and machinery as aforesaid.
3.3 The Owners shall also provide and pay for all bedding and galley equipment, including the necessary renewal of same, for officers, Crew and Company's personnel and their representatives, but not cleaning materials for cabins, common areas and work areas.
Owners to Provide. Owners undertake to provide and to pay for insurance of their liabilities as provided under clauses 29 and 31 hereof and for all provisions wages and all other expenses of the master officers and crew; also for all deck cabin and ships engine room and propulsion motor room stores. Owners' obligation under this clause extends to cover all liability for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master officers and crew and in relation to the stores provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owners are to provide and/or pay for and Owners shall refund to Charterers any sum they or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the Vessel is on hire
Owners to Provide. (a) The Owners shall provide and pay for all provisions, wages and all other expenses of the Master, Officers and Crew; all maintenance and repair of the Vessel's hull, machinery and equipment as specified in ANNEX "A"; also, except as otherwise provided in this Charter Party, for all insurance on the Vessel, all dues and charges directly related to the Vessel's flag and/or registration, all deck, cabin and engineroom stores, cordage required for ordinary ship's purposes mooring alongside in harbour, and all fumigation expenses and de-ratisation certificates. The Owners' obligations under this Clause extend to cover all liabilities for consular charges appertaining to the Master, Officers and Crew, customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this Charter Party in relation to the personal effects of the Master, Officers and Crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters as aforesaid which the Owners are to provide and/or pay for and the Owners shall refund to the Charterers any sums they or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of such liability.
(b) On delivery the Vessel shall be equipped, if appropriate, at the Owners' expense with any towing and anchor handling equipment specified in Section 5(b) of ANNEX "A". If during the Charter Period any such equipment becomes lost, damaged or unserviceable, other than as a result of the Owners' negligence, the Charterers shall either provide, or direct the Owners to provide, an equivalent replacement at the Charterers' expense.
Owners to Provide. 77 The Owners shall provide and pay for the insurance of the Vessel, except as otherwise provided, and for 78 all provisions, cabin, deck, engine-room and other necessary stores, including boiler water; shall pay for 79 wages, consular shipping and discharging fees of the crew and charges for port services pertaining to the 80 crew; shall maintain the Vessel's class and keep her in a thoroughly efficient state in hull, machinery and 81 equipment for and during the service, and have a full complement of officers and crew. 82
Owners to Provide. Owners undertake to provide and to pay for all provisions, wages, and shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers and crew; also, except as provided in Clauses 4 and 35 hereof, for all insurance on the vessel, for all deck, cabin and engine-room stores, and for water; for all dry docking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the vessel; and for all fumigation expenses and de-rat certificates. Owners’ obligations under this Clause 6 extend to all liabilities for customs/ immigration/ Port Health Clearance for crew/ free pratique or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owners are to provide and pay for and Owners shall refund to Charterers any sums Charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the vessel is on-hire. Overage insurance premium due to vessel’s age & class will be to Owners’ account. Owners shall pay for charges like garbage expenses, port crew welfare expenses and any other misc. expenses levied by ports. Whenever the vessel is directed by the Charterers for foreign port lifting , the Owners shall appoint agents at loadport at their costs while Charterers shall reimburse to Owners the actual cost amount paid to the Port Authorities related to the cargo loading activity (excluding owners’ matters), on production of original documents/receipts. Only amount paid as agency fee and actual amount paid to the port authorities including statutory levies/taxes if any thereon related to loading activity shall be reimburse by charterer.
