Recycling Programs. CCR and Bottler will work together in good faith to develop recycling programs for the disposal of defective, damaged or expired Products held by Bottler or Bottler’s customers that have been paid for by Bottler and for which Bottler has not received credit.
Recycling Programs. Supplier and Purchaser will develop recycling programs as set forth in the SLA for the disposal of defective, damaged or expired Products held by Purchaser or Purchaser’s customers that have been paid for by Purchaser and for which Purchaser has not received credit.
Recycling Programs. RBRC will implement and manage the RBRC Program described in Exhibit E, and will use reasonable efforts, exercised in good faith, to collect all Licensed Batteries. The RBRC Program does not collect rechargeable products, only the Licensed Batteries that power such products. By definition in Section 1 of this Agreement, if Licensed Batteries are included as a component of a rechargeable product, they must be easily removable by the consumer from that product.
Recycling Programs. 24.1 The Convention & Sports Facilities Department has an extensive recycling program as well as food bank donation program. LICENSEE is encouraged to utilize the recycling services available.
Recycling Programs. The Mgmt Board may, in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, implement recycling programs, which require the separation of Recyclables from other Solid Waste. All Permitted Users shall be required to participate in such recycling programs.

County shall use reasonable business efforts to maintain the following programs that provide for disposal of universal wastes under law, if not recycled, and help Town achieve diversion goals established by the State of California using reasonable business efforts to either or both process and recycle the following materials: • Metals • Appliances • CRTs • E-Waste • Universal waste • Construction and demolition wood waste • Other materials identified as recyclable by the State of California • Aggregate material • Clean wood and organic waste • Treated wood waste • Tires • Carpet • Re-usable items, as determined by the County

The Board may establish a recycling program and recycling center within the Community and in such event, all occupants of Units shall support such program by recycling, to the extent reasonably practical, all materials which the Association’s recycling program or center is set up to accommodate. The Association may, but shall have no obligation to purchase recyclable materials in order to encourage participation and any income received by the Association as a result of such recycling efforts shall be used to reduce Common Expenses.
