Paid Holiday During Leave. Where a holiday falls within a period of personal leave (i.e. leave of absence without pay), a continuing employee shall receive pay for the holiday provided the employee has earned wages for at least fifteen (15) days during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the holiday.
