Paid Time Off (PTO) / Paid Holidays. You shall accrue PTO at the rate of 20 days for each calendar year, prorated as applicable for any partial calendar year and subject to the terms of the Company's vacation policy. PTO is meant to include all vacation, personnel and sick days. You shall not be entitled to any additional PTO. You shall be compensated at the usual rate of base compensation for any PTO. You shall also be entitled to paid Company Holidays as generally given by the Company. Company Holidays are currently defined as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. PTO days may not be accumulated beyond the calendar year in which they are due, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Paid Time Off (PTO) / Paid Holidays. You shall accrue PTO at the rate of 24 days for each calendar year, prorated as applicable for any partial calendar year and subject to the terms of the Company's vacation policy. PTO is meant to include all vacation, personnel and sick days. You shall not be entitled to any additional PTO. You shall be compensated at the usual rate of base compensation for any PTO. Any Employee unused PTO may be accrued for up to 30 months after which any unused PTO shall expire. You shall also be entitled to paid Company Holidays as generally given by the Company. Company Holidays are currently defined as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All payments in this Section 2 shall be subject to all required federal, state, and local withholding.

Related to Paid Time Off (PTO) / Paid Holidays

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • Time Off During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to vacation consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than five (5) weeks of vacation per year. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

  • Vacation; Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of New York, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.
