Paratransit. Operating costs for paratransit services are expected to increase, the ultimate cost per passenger trip on these modes is higher than other transit modes. Service levels are expected to coincide with ridership decreases. These assumptions are based on recent ridership patterns, revised No-Show policy as well as changes to the certification process that are still ongoing.

Paratransit. SunLine’s paratransit service presently operates with an active fleet of 37 ADA vehicles. The paratransit fleet is summarized in Figure 1.10. FTA guidelines establish the useful life expectancy of a paratransit vehicle as at least four years or an accumulation of 100,000 miles. Paratransit. SECTION 1. CROSS TRAINING OF PARATRANSIT OPERATORS AS ORDER TAKERS/DISPATCHERS. SunLine will continue to train and use Paratransit Operators as both Order Takers and Dispatchers (in SunDial only) so that cross training and eligibility for promotion continues. The employee serving in the role of trainee shall receive an additional Dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for all hours worked as an order taker/dispatcher trainee. Whenever such training involves overtime, the formula used to calculate the overtime will be: hourly rate + $1.05 X 1-1/2.

Measure B pass-through funds for non-mandated paratransit services are distributed to each subarea of the County pursuant to the figures set forth in the Measure B Expenditure Plan, and mandated paratransit services are distributed by percentages set forth in the Measure B Expenditure Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. Based on the plans prepared by the cities and the transit operators, and based on the provisions of the Measure B Expenditure Plan, the Paratransit Advisory and Planning Committee (“PAPCO”) annually recommends allocation factors for distribution of funds for non-mandated paratransit services within Alameda County, subject to the review and approval of the Alameda CTC Board. Recipients are not required to enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC prior to receipt of such funds.

  • Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

  • Emergency and urgently needed care outside the service area Professional services of a physician, emergency room treatment, and inpatient hospital services are covered at eighty percent (80%) of the first two thousand dollars ($2,000) of the charges incurred per insurance year, and one-hundred percent (100%) thereafter. The maximum eligible out-of-pocket expense per individual per year for this benefit is four hundred dollars ($400). This benefit is not available when the member’s condition permits him or her to receive care within the network of the plan in which the individual is enrolled.

  • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used.   • Procurement of the Site 10.3.1 Pursuant to the notice specified in Clause 4.1.2, the Authority Representative and the Concessionaire shall, on a mutually agreed date and time, inspect the Site and prepare a memorandum containing an inventory of the Site including the vacant and unencumbered land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on or attached to the Site. Such memorandum shall have appended thereto an appendix (the “Appendix”) specifying in reasonable detail those parts of the Site to which vacant access and Right of Way has not been granted to the Concessionaire. Signing of the memorandum, in two counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original), by the authorised representatives of the Parties shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 10.2.2, be deemed to constitute a valid licence and Right of Way to the Concessionaire for free and unrestricted use and development of the vacant and unencumbered Site during the Concession Period under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that valid licence and Right of Way with respect to the parts of the Site as set forth in the Appendix shall be deemed to have been granted to the Concessionaire upon vacant access thereto being provided by the Authority to the Concessionaire.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the following February.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.
