PART TIME CONVERSION TO FULL TIME. 18.1 From ratification of this Agreement, the Employer will endeavour to maximise full-time employment opportunities and hours of work for team members wherever operationally possible and where this is the preference of team members. However, subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Employer retains the right to determine the size and composition of the workforce.
