Part-Time Employee Health Benefits. Part-time employees in allocated positions of thirty-two (32) hours or more biweekly (0.40 FTE minimum) shall be eligible to participate in the County’ s medical, dental and vision plans, and the County’s contribution toward their premiums shall be pro-rated.
