Common use of Part-Time Four-Hour Tours Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Four-Hour Tours. 1. No part-time employee will be required to work four (4) hour tours without her or his consent. 2. A four (4) hour tour will consist of four (4) paid hours which shall be inclusive of one (1) fifteen (15) minute paid meal break. Where an employee is scheduled to work less than a scheduled tour (7.5 hours), Article D in its entirety applies accept as amended by the following: 3.
